Sport Taekwondo concentrates on the technical side of high energy sparring for those wishing to compete at state, national, international level, or even Olympic games aspirations.

Kick Boxing

8 week blocks – 1 or 2 nights per week.
Ladies only kick boxing fitness workouts (no Fighting). Strictly focus pads, punch bags, strength and conditioning workouts, and fitness balls. No prior experience needed as we spend time nurturing and teaching technique which in turn produces speed and power which is essential in a real life self defence situations. It’s more than just going through the motions, it’s the ultimate ingredient to building strength and confidence.
Until you take that first step you will never achieve your goal. It has never been so much fun to lose weight and get fit with our classes. Not to forget the best stress relief for woman after hard day at the office or with the children.
Boxing Fitness

8 week blocks – 1 night per week.
These classes are only run when on demand. Guys Boxing workouts, mainly for fitness, on punch bags and focus pads in pairs. Technique is main focus which leads to power packed punching, more than enough to use in real life situations if ever required to protect yourself.

Martial Arts Classes In Warilla
