Senior Taekwondo classes for self defence or fitness. Traditional Taekwondo incorporates everything from, fitness, patterns, pad work outs, technique, sparring, board breaking and more, on the way to achieving Black Belt.
Sport Taekwondo concentrates on the technical side of high energy sparring for those wishing to compete at state, national, international level, or even Olympic games aspirations.
