Female Kick Boxing
8 week blocks – 1 or 2 nights per week.
Ladies only kick boxing fitness workouts (no Fighting). Strictly focus pads, punch bags, strength and conditioning workouts, and fitness balls. No prior experience needed as we spend time nurturing and teaching technique which in turn produces speed and power which is essential in a real life self defence situations. It’s more than just going through the motions, it’s the ultimate ingredient to building strength and confidence. Until you take that first step you will never achieve your goal. It has never been so much fun to lose weight and get fit with our classes. Not to forget the best stress relief for woman after hard day at the office or with the children.
